As Simples As It Gets….

A consultation with Coastal Events to establish date, time, and location of rehearsal and wedding ceremony will be provided. Coastal Events will address any specific concerns or requests clients may have during this consultation. Coastal Events will provide clients with contracts for all vendors. Contracts should be signed and returned to Coastal Events. Once vendors are paid, Coastal Events will return contracts to client with both signatures. (Client and Vendor) Package is based on vendor availability.

• A minister will meet with you the day before your prospective wedding date to answer any questions you may have and perform a small rehearsal. The same minister will perform your ceremony the following day.
• Two hours of photography services.
• Photographer will come to your location and take photographs that include preparation, the ceremony, and any family/group shots requested. Location shots will be considered depending on time and location of request.
• A CD or Proof Book (depending on which photographer is available) of shots taken will be provided to client.
• Client will be provided with a bouquet of roses for the bride and a single rose boutonnière for the groom. Color choice must be made one week prior to the wedding.
• Couple will need 2 witnesses to sign the marriage license. A smaller arrangement similar to the brides for the maid of honor and a boutonniere for the best man will be provided.
• Coastal Events will bring flowers to Client on the day of the wedding ceremony.
• Coastal Events will make accommodations and/or dinner reservations upon request.
• This package DOES NOT INCLUDE marriage license. Client must go to courthouse in North Carolina with a Photo ID and proof of Social Security. Cost is $60.00.
